Dewatering is in general the process to remove water from solid material or wet soil. In our case, construction dewatering removes or drains groundwater or surface water from a river or construction site by pumping or evaporation for example.

Sediment Filters, Dewatering Bags, Silt Bags, Dirt Bags: Ideal for projects that require filtered sediment laden water. By pumping sediment laden water into our dewatering bag, it will filter the water and let it pass through the non woven geotextile. Fabric will retain the sediment and oil spills too. It is fabricated with heavy duty needle punched filter fabric, also know as non-woven geotextile fabric. Fabric provides high water flow (permittivity) and fine pore structure, while preventing fine soils from piping through. Another option is a woven monofilament (polypro or PE) fabric that is made for high flow, rugged and high tensile applications.
